Our client, a leading engineering company, are recruiting for Information Assurance Engineer to join their busy controls and automation team in New Malden to work on Marine Defence projects.

These roles will be predominantly office based and will allow you to work on varied and innovative projects using the latest industrial controls technology to design and integrate platform management systems to specific customer requirements.


Re-location support available depending on circumstances

Who are we looking for?
You will become a key part of the automation/design team and will be involved in all aspects of the controls project life-cycle and delivery to the end customer.

You will take a consultative approach, working collaboratively with the controls engineers, to effectively analyse and manage the security and risk aspects of the relevant control systems in high level impact environments. This will include writing risk manangement documents, ensuring all work aligns with any relevant government policies/publications and achieving full IA acreditation.

You will also be largely responsible for liaising with the end customer across the length of the project and delivering regulary updates and reports to ensure the controls systems are meeting all the neccesary requirements.

A engineering background within controls, automation, instrumention or electrical controls is key to enable you to have the technical knowledge to undertake this role.

A background in the marine or any relevant defence industries would also be very beneficial.

Salary and Package:
- £60K+ depending on experience
