Develop a comprehensive schedule of the packages of OSD handover information (including their detailed contents) that will be required to be passed to each of the OSD developers and/or TfL

 In conjunction with OSD Interface Managers, Development Managers and Delivery team colleagues, determine and agree the dates by when this information is required

 Where appropriate, provide a consistency of approach on OSD handover information across all OSD sites, with plans and procedures to describe this as necessary

 Develop a reporting dashboard, setting and agreeing KPIs for delivery of the information, monitoring progress and driving the process where necessary

 Report as required to the L&P Directorate and Delivery Directorate on progress, and propose mitigation plans when issues are anticipated

 Provide document management leadership for this process with assistance from the Assistant OSD Interface Manager and/or Document Controller

 Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected in the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working to the Crossrail Target Zero principles.

 Co-operate with Crossrail in all matters relating to health and safety, including following safe working procedures at all times

 Act as a role model for Crossrail’s vision and values, behaving in ways that are in alignment with Crossrail’s Ways of Working. Encourage and support others to do so too

 Promote equality in the workplace and adopt appropriate behaviour when interacting with colleagues

In conjunction with the site specific OSD Interface Managers, ensuring that sufficient attention is being provided to this critical OSD interface at a time when CRL railway delivery is paramount

 Helping to coordinate handover of information from multiple and varied sources during a time of conflicting demands on time

 Continuing to deliver professional results while responding quickly to changing priorities

 Positively influencing others who do not report to you and have other priorities
