The successful candidate will be required to manage, develop and monitor the compliance training within the company.

Duties include:

* Act as Subject Matter Expert for compliance training.
* Gain understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices as defined in established Standard Operating Procedures to develop quality compliance training to Associates across the business.
* Work with Managers to determine and document required training for each role within the business

* Deliver training to Associates at all levels of the business and implement control processes to assure required training is completed/recorded in a timely manner and that training is effective to support continued business compliance and success
* Manage compliance training process and develop Administrative Assistant.
* Control and develop the Quality Compliance Training process and maintenance of the supporting documentation.
* Subject Matter Expert for quality compliance training at Regulatory, customer and internal audits
* Support Managers in quality compliance related training matters ensuring consistency across the business.
* Work with SME’s to assist investigation and close out of any Corrective and Preventive Actions related to training arising from either audits or customer complaints
* Establish and maintain familiarity with current Best Practice in training techniques and quality compliance requirements.
* Gather and analyse information to design and develop course materials and teaching aids that are appropriate for both the subject matter and the learning styles of Associates
* Provide metrics and reports to Manager and Head of Quality regarding the implementation and status of the training program to assure compliance with quality compliance requirements

* Liaise with managers and Subject Matter Experts to create and revise training courses so that the content reflects current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and is relevant to the organization and its goals and objectives.
* Assist managers with the creation of job aids and other materials designed to facilitate ‘right first time’ behaviours to reduce errors.
* Ensure that each role has an appropriate and up to date training plan detailing the required training.

* Process any training requirements due to updates within the formal Change Control process, following the requirements of cGMP and Good Documentation Practice

* Communicate effectively to all levels of the business when training is required on updated processes and monitor/drive for prompt completion of Deliver quality compliance training across the business to new Associates; retrain existing Associates on updated procedures and at pre-determined time intervals.
* Deliver training with enthusiasm, engaging with Associates and keeping the subject matter fresh and interesting.
* Create course content to facilitate learning and understanding of varied compliance topics across all levels of the business.
* Customise course materials to Associates according to subject matter via on the job training, classroom approach, one-on-one coaching etc.
* Assure training is efficient and complies with the regulatory requirements standards of Good Manufacturing Practice.
* Establish systems and effectivity measures after quality compliance training to verify that Associates have understood and learnt the topic.
* Collate and review results of effectivity checks to apply Continuous Improvement to update course materials.
* Assure all training is recorded according to quality compliance requirements and verify that records are filed and archived appropriately to facilitate easy retrieval.



Required/Beneficial:

* Experience managing a training program within a regulated environment
* Experience in assessing training requirements, creating training materials to fulfil those needs, and in training delivery
* Strong understanding of cGMP
* Computer literate
* Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject
* Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing
* Certificate in Training/Education Practice or relevant experience
* Train the Trainer Qualification
