Now, they’re looking for a Night Shift Engineer to join their dedicated team in Cullompton.

In this key role, you’ll have the freedom to act as your own boss, lead from the front and work alongside the Shift Manager to make a positive impact on the business. 

Our client will provide you with in-house and external training to build on your existing skill-set and ensure that you have the tools you need to succeed in your role. 

The Role: 

As a Night Shift Engineer, you will respond to a range of electrical and mechanical breakdowns. 

Joining a team of 20, you will: 

- Swiftly identify and resolve issues to minimise downtime 
- Work to a planned preventative maintenance schedule 
- Ensure that critical spares are maintained 
- Assist with projects 

About You: 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering, ideally electrical 
- A strong work ethic 
- The ability to work on your own initiative 
- Good communication skills 
- Excellent problem-solving abilities 

Our client is eager to hear from candidates with experience as an Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Senior Maintenance Technician or Service Technician. 

Other companies may call this role Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance & Repair Engineer or Engineer. 

This is a full time role, working 12 hour night shifts on a 6 on, 6 off basis.
