Facilities Services Project Manager – Health Care – London

Our client is looking for a project manager who has a detailed background of experience working on facilities maintenance and installation projects preferably within the NHS and health care industry. The successful candidate will have knowledge of life cycle and small project work including design management, estimating, controlling budgets and sourcing materials.

The position is full time and the company are looking to pay a salary of between £40,000 - £50,000 per year plus private health care and pension scheme. You will need to have a wide background of skills in design, fit out and installation as well as maintenance and life cycle management. This is an exciting position for a candidate who has experience in the NHS environment and would be able to liaise with operation managers, estate managers and clients.

What you will be doing:
  • Pre plan all maintenance programs, installation work and review designs
  • Control budgets and source materials
  • Chair meetings with the client, operations managers and estate managers
  • Take overall responsibility for the maintenance and projects related to the hospitals.
  • Conduct in depth risk assessments for engineers.
 Requirements of the candidate:
  • Building Service qualification
  • Full understanding of CDM 2015
  • IOSH managing safely
  • Previous experience CAFM asset management
  • Previous project management record in health care.
