Our client is a market leader in their field, part of an international plc and a major global force in a range of healthcare and health & safety related markets. They are now looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team, covering London and the South East.

The Role: 

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll repair our client’s range of medical equipment at customer sites throughout the South East of England. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Complete service and warranty calls 
- Carry out planned maintenance visits 
- Maintain an adequate stock of parts and components 
- Build strong relationships with customers 
- Highlight potential sales opportunities to the Sales Team 
- Occasionally visit our client’s office in Windsor 

About You:

To be considered, you will need:

- Previous field service experience OR experience gained within a repair workshop environment with the desire to move into a field-based role 
- Experience of working with electro-mechanical equipment 
- A good level of IT literacy 
- An engineering qualification or equivalent experience in a technical role 
- A full driving licence and the flexibility to travel around London and the South East of England
