Our client is a world renowned aerospace organisation with an enviable reputation in the development of innovative highest technology solutions to the aerospace sector. As a result of continued success and a planned programme of strategic growth, they are now seeking to recruit a talented and experienced Programme Integration Planner to complement their established and professional team working on a range of state-of-the-art technology projects.

Based in the South West of England (with a full relocation package available), the successful Programme Integration Planner candidate will support various internal departments in the development of integrated project plans and technical area plans that are compliant with both Product and Target Master Plans, and defining input and output activities and critical dependencies in order to define the horizontal and vertical integration of schedule and performing critical path analysis.

Other responsibilities for the Programme Integration Planner will include managing scope change and the timely flow down to relevant Technical Areas and budget process, and preparing and analysing necessary data in order to support progress review, reporting, performance indicators trend, critical path analysis and variance analysis (cost and schedule, corrective action plan).

To be considered for this varied and challenging Programme Integration Planner role it is envisaged that the successful candidate will essentially possess MS Project 2016 (client/server) planner experience (expert level) and SAP Project Planning and Dassian interface tool experience. Additionally, you will demonstrate Budget Change Request/project configuration control techniques experience along with knowledge in the planning of technical programmes and deriving EVMS/KPI metrics (essential). Knowledge of planning practices, budget distribution, cost collection systems in a technical planning environment is also required, with a Degree or HND preferred although relevant comparable experience will also be favourably considered.

In return, an exception remuneration and benefits package are available including a relocation package if required.
