The company has currently an interesting job opportunity for a Maintenance Leader/ Reliability Engineer to be located at their site King's Lynn, United Kingdom.

The King’s Lynn site is seeking a motivated, self-directed individual to serve as the Maintenance Leader/Reliability Engineer to support the manufacturing of its products.

Role Overview:

* Reliability and Maintenance process / discipline owner, and administrative resource leader, within the site. The Maintenance Leader is responsible for safety, reliability and cost management. Responsible for work process utilization, enhancement of the process/operating discipline, defining skills necessary for the work process and tracks / analyses work process results. The Maintenance Leader is responsible for developing and leading the facility maintenance (reliability) strategy.
* The Reliability Engineer is responsible for developing and leading the business maintenance (reliability) strategy and providing business input and expertise to the plant maintenance and reliability programs, enabling the plant to implement the business asset strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Responsible for developing and leading the facility maintenance strategy.
* Accountable for implementing Equipment Maintenance Strategies.
* Accountable for the overall application of the Maintain Facility Work Process and overall alignment to the business' needs.
* Responsible for carrying out cost management elements.
* Functions as the administrative leader of all maintenance resources within an organization and assures proper staffing levels.
* Ensure full integration of work processes that have reliability and maintenance involvement.
* Accountable for resourcing reliability and maintenance reps for small capital projects and maintenance improvement projects.
* Promotes the Leveraging of MET through partnership with the Businesses and functions (i.e.: DAS, Tech Center, SME's).
* Achieve AC and AMR business objectives.
* Participates in the Facilitation and implementation of the Global RCI process to include application of the cause and effect methodology in all areas where reliability opportunities are identified and where the RCI triggers are met.
* Creates Equipment Reliability Strategies based upon Top Opportunity List, Critical Equipment List, and identified plant/business needs.
* Evaluates effectiveness of individual aspects of the PPM program by showing quantitatively the impact of failures and PPM.
* Facilitates and/or contributes greatly to driving proactive PPM Optimization activities to support overall productivity improvements.
* Uses reliability engineering principles and tools (Weibull, RCI, FMEA) to increase AC and AMR.

Key Requirements:

* Master degree or higher.
* At least 5 years’ experience working in a relevant industrial setting.
* Fluency in written and verbal English.
* Previous experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (or similar email program) required.
* Must be a self-starter with high initiative and able to work independently.
* Experience of people leadership would be an advantage, but not essential.
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment is critical.
* Previous experience of maintenance processes and systems and a track record of achieving results.
* Knowledge of reliability tools such as Weibull, RCI, FMEA.
