Multi Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical Bias – Central London

My Client is looking for a Multi Skilled Mechanical Facilities maintenance engineer with a strong background in the maintenance of commercial buildings. This is a full time mobile position working in central London on a number of prestigious buildings. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major engineering organisation that will utilise your skills within the maintenance of mechanical appliances and would be looking to pay a salary of £35,000 plus private health care, pension scheme and Company Vehicle. The successful candidate will be conducting planned and reactive maintenance on building service appliances such as HVAC systems, commercial gas systems and plumbing and heating systems and will need to be able to complete maintenance programmes quickly and efficiently.   

What you will be doing:
  • Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems within commercial buildings.
  • Small Installation works on new equipment when required.
  • Diagnose and repair faults to equipment.
 Requirements of the candidate:
  • F-Gas Category 1 or 2
  • Over 5 years’ experience working in facilities maintenance.
  • Degree or equivalent in Mechanical engineering
  • Working knowledge of plumbing and heating systems including commercial gas boilers and water heaters.
