A Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance Manager is required to join a market leading high technology company who develop and manufacture high value complex equipment.

Role: Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance Manager

As Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance Manager you will be responsible for:

+ Developing and implementing a business quality and continuous improvement strategy (including systems and measurement) to support, contribute to, and integrate with the organisation's business strategy
+ Reporting to senior management on the performance and effectiveness of the Business Quality Management System and the need for improvements
+ Providing leadership and guidance to a cross functional team of process owners within the business management system to ensure processes remain the most relevant and effective means of managing the business
+ Developing and implementing Quality KPIs across the business
+ Develop and maintain simple, common sense systems that maintain appropriate standards relating to processes, procedures, products and services as required (eg ISO 9001)
+ Develop and implement a communication strategy to improve awareness, ownership and benefits of Quality and Continuous improvement culture across the entire company. Working closely with departmental management across the business, ensure that the highest level of quality standards and methods are achieved and maintained, particularly those relating to customer experience


As Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance Manager you will have experience of:

+ Degree Qualified or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline
+ Experience of globally recognised leading Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001, ISO13485 or TS16949

+ Expert knowledge and experience in applying quality tools and techniques
+ Expert knowledge and experience in apply Quality & CI tools and techniques
+ Strong background within an Engineering / Manufacturing company
+ Able to advise and act on complex quality issues – e.g. business processes, root cause analysis, document control and traceability
