Are you a time served Engineer experienced in managing people and equipment resource plans? 

Do you have experience of coaching, developing and mentoring senior Engineers in an assembly, automation or moulding background? 

Do you want the opportunity to shape an Engineering function using experienced gained during your career? 

The Technical Group function at Bespak is a newly formed group that consists of Tooling, Moulding and Manufacturing Systems teams made up of skilled Technicians and Engineers. The Technical Group function is a shared resource that supports the effective running of our operations as well as programme activities. 

As the Technical Group Manager you will partner with functional areas to manage short, medium and long term resourcing requirements for both employees and equipment. Your direct reports are team leaders and senior engineers who have reports of their own. You will be a hands on leader, credible as an Engineering specialist and will delegate appropriately - coaching, mentoring and developing your team so that they in turn can develop their teams. 

You will be responsible for delivering validation systems for all Engineering projects creating and overseeing the process, procedures and tests
