About the role

As a Mechanical Support Technician, you will be part of a team of technicians who ensure that the ISIS ancillary plant equipment runs safely and efficiently. 

Our mechanical support technicians are responsible for a wide range of mechanical installation work within ISIS and you will therefore possess a sound practical approach to mechanical installation work, fault finding and problem solving. 

You will be extremely well motivated with a 'can do' attitude, have the ability to learn quickly and be able to demonstrate your ability to work effectively under pressure.

About you

You will have a mechanical engineering apprenticeship or equivalent experience.

You will have experience of working with ancillary plant systems and installing pipe work.

You will be able to operate a variety of hand tools and have a working knowledge of relevant current Health and Safety best practices.

The ability to work as part of a team and/or unsupervised as well as current Work at Height, Safe use of Harness training and MEWP training certificates will be desirable.
