Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 p/a depending on experience, 28 days holiday p/a including 8 bank holidays
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, paid on the 26th of each month in arrears and pension
You will be a part of a small, friendly team in an established Bristol-based company, supporting a wide range of commercial and residential clients. We aim to provide an expert, professional and approachable service, ensuring clients have working systems to carry out their daily work.
Your role will be to provide IT advice and support in the shop premises, on the phone or on site and will include server and network support, computer repairs and maintenance and system monitoring.
The role will also include sharing management of the shop premises and social media and Google ads.

You will need to have experience or qualifications within the following areas:
* NVQ level 2 Maths and English, CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
* Knowledge of Windows Servers and networking
* Good logical and troubleshooting skills
* Experience of virus removal and computer repair (software and hardware)
* Experience of Microsoft Office products
* Good communication and customer service skills
* To be self motivated
* To have good diagnostic skills and an attention to detail
* Driving licence
Hours are generally 9am to 5pm (37.5 per week) and may include some Saturday morning work and occasional out of hours as required.
