About the role 

Are you an experienced Programme Manager with medical device or pharmaceutical experience? 

Are you looking for a new role where you can have a big impact on an organisation by planning and delivering complex NPI programmes? 

We are recruiting for two Principal Programme Managers to join our Programme Management team. You could be working on new product introduction programmes, typically for drug delivery or invitro diagnostic devices, including the creation of their manufacturing capability. 

We are looking for you, in addition to your usual Programme and Project management duties, to help us develop and transform our programme management function by bringing new ideas and influencing new ways of working. 

As an experienced Programme Manager you are comfortable taking a vague brief and working closely with customers to help decide and set the scope of a programme.
