Your role

We’re looking for a variety of engineers in a range of disciplines to join and help form a new team at our Cambridge site developing smart inhalation devices from initial concept through to production. Whatever your engineering expertise, you’ll be involved at every stage of the process. This will include ensuring new devices meet specifications, managing the design, testing and documentation, selecting and managing external partners and implementing designs through to production.

Working closely with a variety of experienced engineers, you’ll enjoy the chance to solve complex problems and develop and improve our processes to deliver better outcomes for patients.

What you need

You’ll be an experienced electronics, software, systems or industrialisation engineer, ideally with a background in developing medical devices and an understanding of the requirements to meet regulatory needs. With an innovative approach to problem-solving, you’ll be approachable and collaborative, with the ability to work in multi-disciplinary and international teams and advise and guide colleagues on your specialist area of expertise. As a proven project manager, you’ll also ensure timescales and costs are managed effectively.
