The Company is a luxury cloth merchant, operating in over 70 international markets, with a head office and warehouse function based in Peebles, just south of Edinburgh. The Company is currently looking for a full time Human Resources and Health & Safety Administrator to join the team in Peebles.

The Role:

* To provide generalist HR administrative support to management with regard to recruitment and colleague lifecycle activities.
* To carry out Health and Safety operational activities, such as risk assessments, contributing to the mitigation of safety risks throughout the warehouse.
* To provide daily assistance to the smooth running of the head office reception, completing a variety of tasks such as welcoming visitors, handling telephone enquiries and other administrative tasks.

* Articulate, with excellent communication skills.
* Motivated, confident and comfortable working in a demanding role.

Relevant experience is preferred, although full training will be given.
