Part of a global aviation group we are an OEM-certified engineering company dedicated to providing maintenance, repair and overhaul services for small gas turbine and turbofan engines used in aviation. Our authorisations cover the majority of turbine engine models powering fixed and rotary wing aircraft used for business aviation, and many of the engines used in government, military and commercial applications.

The Asset Inventory Controller Role:

Working within Engine Accessory Business (EAB) to carry out the management of projects and stock holding of units purchased for overhaul projects and customer requirements.

Asset Inventory Controller Main Responsibilities

+ Manage EAB stock units and ongoing EAB projects.
+ Manage online accounts for both purchasing and selling LRUs
+ Develop & maintain relationships with new and existing customers including travel as required for shows / customer visits
+ Liaise with AET’s & Materials teams to determine parts required for Reduce to Parts (RTP) process in a cost-effective way
+ Liaise with internal departments to utilise and offer EAB units as required to support the Engine Programmes
+ Maintain records of all aspects of purchasing and sales for LRU’s records and history also including piece parts
+ Provide invoicing and information as required for direct sales of LRUs & piece parts
+ Strategic review of EAB unit inputs, outputs and financial gains
+ Providing appropriate data and compiling EAB data for measures
+ Assist as required with additional materials ordering
+ Assist as required with aspects EAB Scheduling & production administration
+ Participate in Out of Hours support

Asset Inventory Controller Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

+ Strong PC skills
+ Good communication skills
+ Understanding of Company KPIs
+ Knowledge of Airworthiness and Quality Standards
