The Fuel Cells business is looking to enhance the Process Technology team with the additional opening of Process, Project and Technical Support engineering roles, expanding our excellent contribution to the manufacturing activity in a way that supports the JMFC culture of secure, safe and ethical working.
Our Process Engineers are critical to our manufacturing activities, co-ordinating and implementing continuous improvement and process development initiatives to drive yield improvements, capacity increase, cost reduction and new product and process introduction across manufacturing operations. We have availability for Process Engineering on day shifts and an exciting opportunity to provide an effective, consistent Process Engineering support service to the night shift on an ongoing basis.

As our site grows and our demand increases, our Project Engineers are essential for the co-ordination, procurement, installation and commissioning of site infrastructure and process equipment to help us reach our capacity.
Commercial Technical Support Engineer (Customer Facing)
This is an exciting opportunity to promote and develop the relationship between the business and the customer, helping to drive new product lines from concept to delivery. This role is key to JM Fuel Cells’ direction and will enable the commercial team to steer our technology development strategy for future business. Graduates with some industrial/technical exposure are welcome to apply.
Are you the ideal candidate? For all roles in our Process Technology Team, you will have:
- Degree level qualification or equivalent in Mechanical, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience of participating in, leading or facilitating cross functional teams
- Experience of leading/supporting multi-disciplinary teams
