Clear Water Revival (CWR) based on UWE's Frenchay campus, founded in 2006, designs and builds natural swimming pools using its own advanced filtration system - ClearSpring™, the world’s first chemical-free pool filter. This position forms part of the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) funded by Innovate UK. It’s essential you understand how KTP works with business and the University, and the vital role you will play if you successfully secure a KTP Associate position.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an ambitious team on the latest swimming pool innovations. Based in the Bristol area, you will join a small team responsible for developing a chemical free, plug and play mineral water filtration system for global deployment in high volume and high value swimming pool markets. The project is fully supported by the academic team within Applied Sciences at the University of the West of England to transfer skills and knowledge into the business.

The position is a 24 month fixed term contract, which includes management and business skills training provided by the national KTP programme and a further £2k per annum dedicated training budget tailored towards your personal development, plus an opportunity to complete an Mphil or further qualification.

On completion of the KTP project, it is Clear Water Revival’s intention to offer on-going employment to the right candidate. Flexible working will be considered.

The closing date for applications is Wednesday 17 April at 23:59 GMT.

Please see the attached full job description for the role.
