Our client is a successful provider of CHP, gas and diesel power generation solutions. With a reputation for quality, reliability and customer service, they are the official distributor in the UK and Ireland for market-leading MWM gas engines. They are now looking for an Operations Engineer to join their Rebuild Team on the United Kingdom mainland.

As an Operations Engineer, you will carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work on installations throughout the United Kingdom mainland.
Working as a key member of the Rebuild Team, you’ll support after-sales contracts by working on a range of engines. Our client delivers the full EPC turnkey contract and offers single generator or multiple generator configuration depending on customers’ requirements.
Due to the nature of after-sales contracts, a flexible approach to working hours is important in this role. All services are required to be completed within “one” visit and therefore working away from home and weekend work is commonplace. You will also be required to take part in an established 24 hour call-out rota, and travel will be required for this role.
To be considered as an Operations Engineer, you will need:
- To be a competent technician with considerable skills
- In-depth knowledge of MWM (and other) gas and diesel engines
- Strong customer service skills and the willingness to promote the benefits of our client’s after-sales contracts
