Oversee the management on-site teams including fitters, contractors

Job Duties:

* Manage client relationships as the first point of contact on site
* Ensure project is delivered to CDM (2015 or later) regulations
* Review site before starting work
* Responsible for the Company works on site, and any third-party trades that may be working within the controlled site boundary
* Liaise with Principle Contractor on site daily
* Check plant proposals are suitable to the site, and change is necessary
* Prepare a site-specific set of RAMS based on the company template
* Ensure projects meet Health and Safety Standards, company and legislative
* Ensure materials and resources are delivered to site and on time


* Degree Level education, or equivalent
* Minimum of 5 years' experience within the construction industry working on multi million pound projects
* Full driving license
* Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
* Ability to lead and effectively deliver against targets
* Self-starter with ability to work remotely, identify issues and implement solutions independently
* Able to motivate and co-ordinate the team so that all resources are focused on the common goals
* Knowledge of steel platform structures would be advantageous
* This role will require the successful candidate to work on projects across the UK and possibly some travel within Europe to aid their teams there when required
