The vision of our client is to save everyone. It may take a long time to get there, but drowning is preventable, and they believe that even one drowning is one too many. They are all lifesavers. They are all fundraisers. This is their watch.
The ALC (All-weather Lifeboat Centre), which officially opened in August 2015, is their very own boat building facility which brings every stage of the lifeboat building process in-house and under one roof.
The ALC also undertakes refits and repairs of existing Lifeboats in-house. Refit work has more than doubled in the last 3 years, with the introduction of 4 additional all weather Lifeboat cells to the ALC’s ongoing program. A fantastic opportunity has arisen here at the ALC for a skilled Boatbuilder to join the existing Refit team.
