We are now on the hunt for a DNO Depot Sales Manager to support sales activity surrounding our technology and our DNO customer base.
As the DNO Depot Sales Manager, you will be tasked with developing new sales of EA Technology solutions at the depots of our DNO customers.
Specifically, you will provide training and sales support to DNO customers at their own depots. You will support customers to install equipment and develop an understanding of their needs and drivers to help prepare tailored proposals for new products and services.
Additionally, you will provide training and sales support to UK resellers who focus on DNO customers. You will manage a sales pipeline from opportunity through to sales and aftercare and update, maintain and utilise information on our CRM system.
To be considered as the DNO Depot Sales Manager, you will need:
- Familiarity with PC-based handling systems, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- The ability to build excellent relationships with customers and the internal sales team
- Basic internet skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A team player mentality
- A good standard of general education, including GCSEs in English Language and Maths at grade C or above or equivalent
- The ability to work to tight deadlines with attention to detail
Familiarity with Maximizer CRM and/or Epicor ERP would be an advantage.
