Due to the rapid expansion of both their product range and customer base, they’re looking for a Customer Support Technician to join their small, motivated team in Plymouth.

As a Customer Support Technician, you’ll provide technical support to customers to ensure they get the most out of our client’s products.
In this primarily office-based role, you’ll diagnose product issues via telephone and online communications, provide support to customer engineers and provide advice and guidance on product applications. You may occasionally be required to assist with equipment repairs.
You will also:
- Respond to a range of telephone and email queries
- Schedule engineer service calls when required
- Use systems to track the status of customer orders
- Liaise with external engineers regarding warranty claims
- Accurately complete a range of paperwork
To be considered as a Customer Support Technician, you’ll need:
- Experience gained within an engineering support role, ideally in a telephone-based capacity
- An understanding of electrics and electronics
- Good IT skills
- Strong customer service skills and a positive demeanour
- GCSEs (or equivalent)
Ideally, you’ll have at least one year’s experience in a technical support role, but this isn’t essential.
