Our client is recruiting on behalf of a high-quality provider of safety and security systems. Striving to provide a service like no other, they have decades of combined experience of installing, servicing and maintaining fire detection, security and warden call systems.
Due to the rapid growth of the business, they are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team in Poole.
- Salary of £23,000 - £24,000 per annum DOE
- 20 days’ holiday plus eight Bank Holidays / statutory holidays
- Statutory pension contributions

You’ll discover great support and in-house training that will allow you to grow professionally. Within your role, you’ll find a huge variety of activities from front-line call handling through to booking work for engineers and supporting senior-level colleagues.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding levels of service to customers and supporting the business through a range of administrative and operational tasks.
Specifically, in this key role, you will field inbound calls from customers, dealing with queries, resolving issues and taking orders in a friendly and professional manner, help to maintain the company database and provide key assistance to the Directors.
Ensuring that company operations run smoothly, you will also schedule jobs for engineers and order parts to support the healthy, planned growth that the company is experiencing.
To be considered as a Customer Services Advisor, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook in particular)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised
