Technical Support Advisor – Graduate Engineer, Tech Sales or Ex-Engineers
This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Advisor who is looking to grow with a market leading brand and creator of the first ever specialist wall fixing. This is a dual role where you will be office based, with field base responsibilities and would ideally suit a graduate engineer or an experienced technical sales or ex-engineer who is looking to work in a more internal role.

The Technical Advisor role:
This is a dual role where you will be office based, with field base responsibilities.
Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
+ Answering technical enquiries
+ Following up Technical enquiries with team members.
+ Second Line support to the Technical Team with sending out data sheets and information to customers and contractors.
+ Contact key contractors in different sectors to promote brand and services.
+ Promoting technical support packages to end users/contractors.
+ Advocating for relevant seminars to promote brand awareness and software package.
+ Engaging with PCP (Premium Construction Partners) customers to offer rapid technical support.
+ Basic designs via EasyFix software (training will be given).
+ Pull out testing to support the Technical Team (training will be given).
+ Take on in house testing for substrates / systems (training will be given)
What we are looking for:
+ Ability and commitment to delivering excellent service to customers and contractors.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Excellent attention to detail, problem solving abilities and ownership.
+ Ability to extract all information and to identify problems.
+ Ability to prioritise own workload whilst also assisting the Technical team.
+ Ability to work under pressure showing flexibility when required.
+ Would ideally suit a graduate engineer or an experienced technical sales or ex engineer who is looking to work in a more internal role.
