Are you leaving the UK Armed Forces and wanting to remain within Defence? MBDA has the perfect opportunity for you within our Military Transition Scheme (MTS).
The MTS is open to any Service Leaver regardless of Service, rank or experience, and in their final 12 months of resettlement for the duration of the scheme. At MBDA, we recognise that Service personnel have outstanding experience, transferable skills and core values that can complement and add significant value to our business.

The opportunity:
The MTS is an 8 - 12 week work placement programme.
To be eligible to apply, you must be a current service member and in the last 12 months of your service (and be able to complete the placement whilst in your Resettlement period).
We realise that you may not have experience in the Missile/Weapon Systems sector, rather we are looking for candidates with drive and potential. Our goal is to provide you with a platform on which to highlight your abilities and transferable skills.
