The Position:

As an AC Servicing Engineer, you will be expected to carry out all site AC Servicing and remedial works at 5 sites within the central London region.

Key Responsibilities:

• To maintain and enhance the company's reputation for quality by ensuring that company standards in all services are achieved and maintained.
• To carry out PPM, breakdown, service, maintenance and installation of Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems - ranging from VRVs, VRFs, Split systems, AHU's and Fans.
• Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with agreed method statements and legislation.
• Assist during site surveys and asset studies as required.
• Complete general administration of associated paper work/certificates/drawings.
• Ensure plant & equipment is safe to use calibrated/PAT tested & used appropriately.
• Work in a safe manner so you are not a danger to yourself or colleagues as guided by health & safety/RAMS documentation.
• Willing to be part of an on-call rota, usually around 1 week in 4 (£150 weekly on-call + £50 per call out + inflated hourly rate if called out, Company van included for on call).

The Candidate:

• Experience in a similar role essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Great communication skills
• Very well organised
• Team player
