WHAT TO EXPECT

As an ADAS Data Analyst, you will learn about the functionality of AAD features and noise factors that affect their performance. You will get the opportunity to work with other teams to define testcases that can be analysed using robust statistical methods whilst educating system engineers and execution team members about statistical methods and data related topics.You will take responsibility for identifying the data that needs to be collected both from target system under test and reference ground truth systems and influence the methods and best practices to collect and curate the data.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You will be deployed in squad that performs verification and validation (V&V) activities on vehicles and hardware in the loop equipment to support Assisted and Automated Driving feature sign-off. Your task will be to transform the data collected during V&V activities into useful insight that helps building confidence on feature functionality and performance and to enable decision-making driven by data.

You will be expected to have a background in statistics. You are able to calculate metrics like mean, variance, regression, and confidence intervals, spotting outliers and identifying bad data. You will demonstrate the ability to visualise and present data to a wider audience and have experience in analysing data using python. You will also display clear willingness to learn more advanced statistical methods and apply knowledge in improving data collection, analysis, and visualisation.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 

Essential:

  • Experience in analysing data using Python or MATLAB
  • Background in stastics
