We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to join the HF family in a permanent role that promises unique challenges, a varied workload and great career progression opportunities within the company.

We are currently looking to recruit a 18^th Edition Electrician to join our HF Aberdeen Electrical Division.

Salary negotiable upon experience.

The position

Operate as a remote field electrician

This is a long-term position with flexible working arrangements in our Aberdeen branch.

The Role

The successful candidate will be required to complete the following daily tasks:

• Carry out Electrical repairs generally in Commercial properties, but this can occasionally be in domestic and or industrial premises.
• Carry out Planned Maintenance Visit - EICR's & PAT
• Use Client Portals/App to log in and out of each job where this is applicable
• Ability to survey a job and give detailed description on works required and a full/accurate material list
• Engage with clients in a polite manner. Communication with sites on ETA's
• Complete per job using a hand-held PDA job updates on jobs, time sheet and RAMS where applicable

What you need

• SJIB/C&G 18^th Edition Graded Electrician Gold Card - Essential
• Driving Licence (Clean) - Essential
• Good Customer manners - Essential
• Basic knowledge on digital devices i.e., smart phones/tablets - Essential
• Knowledge on NIC/EIC Certification website - Desirable
• Inspection & Testing 2391 qualification - - Desirable
• IPAF 3a & 3b Ticket - Desirable
• PASMA - Desirable
• 1^st Aid - Desirable
• SMSTS - Desirable
• Compex 01-04 or 05-06 - Desirable
