The Assistant Engineer role is based within our Mission Systems business area.

Experience Needed

You will be able to demonstrate that you are a critical thinker able to be innovative in your approach and thinking and able to work at pace balancing multiple priorities concurrently. Collaboration, adaptability and inclusion are key to the success of Mission Systems, and these will be part of your core attributes.


* A relevant engineering degree, you will have graduated or be about to graduate with a relevant degree at Bachelors or Masters level, or above.
* You will have an interest in technology and its applications in defence, ideally in the digital domain.
* Electrical and/or electronic design experience.
* An analytical mind set and creative approach to problems,
* The capability to understand and trade-off the various different aspects of a technical challenge,
