How you will make an impact?
Working on our pharmaceutical production site with maintenance, production and engineering departments on automation strategies for existing and future production lines.
Offer 2nd line support, guidance and expertise on automation topics raised by the pharmaceutical production and maintenance department.
To offer guidance and expertise in the field of automation to the engineering and maintenance team in problem solving issues associated with site wide utilities, including, be not just restricted to purified water, pure steam, and calibrated equipment.
Managing several automation related projects, ensuring actions are completed on target.
Working closely together with your counterparts on several other pharmaceutical manufacturing sites to align the processes on the different sites.
Ensure cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) is applied in the maintenance work area and complies with cGMP through following site SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedure).
Ensure that the automation is compliant with environment, health and safety rules at all times.
Qualifications/Experience:
Engineering degree qualified and or with suitable, demonstrable experience in a regulated industry - preferably in a pharmaceutical, food, (petro) chemical or avionics environment.
Strong automation background with preferably experience with Rockwell or Allen-Bradley automation software.
Ability to utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project, etc.
Client facing experience preferred.
