We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead, oversee and support the profitable development of our Bury St Edmunds branch. This person will be responsible for our branch management team, for the planning and delivery of the next stage of our company development strategy, and for building, managing and expanding our customer portfolio in the Bury St Edmunds area.

Pitkin & Ruddock Ltd provides complete temperature control solutions, service and maintenance to all our customers in the East Anglia region and across the UK. Established in 1954, we pride ourselves in supporting both large and small businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage our Bury St Edmunds branch with three key areas of operation: projects and installation work, planned maintenance contracts and reactive service
• Drive sales and business development for profitable and sustainable
• Technical system design and equipment
• Project planning and
• Ensure quality, customer service and
• Promote organizational values and objectives, whilst actively promoting a strong team
• Ensure management systems, structures and procedures are adhered to, including the implementation of the company policy on 'Health, Safety and the Environment'
• Adopt an active role in the promotion of training and
• Provide informed feedback to the Board of
