Job Title: Business & Project Management Executive  

Salary: Circa £75,000 - £85,000  depending on experience 

Location: Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton (We may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)

Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification

Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.

Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:

MBDA's programmes and portfolios are highly complex, varied and business critical. They provide key capability for the UK MOD, our European partners as well as to the growing Export market and through them we drive international collaboration and partnering. You will be responsible for defining, planning and delivering (including the management of strategic risk and contingency) a project, portfolio or programme within MBDA with a typical annual revenue in the region of £100-300M.

What we're looking for from you:

• Project, Programme and Portfolio Managers able to deliver complex programmes with an understanding of strategic risk and commercial challenges
• Engaging individuals willing to share their experience and find opportunities for innovation
• Negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships and work collaboratively across various levels in an organisation.
• Effective stakeholder managers with experience working with a highly intelligent customer environment
• Sound business judgement, skills and knowledge including technical appreciation of complex problems
• Drive and motivation in leading diverse and multi-functional project teams
• Ability to embrace new challenges and deal with a level of ambiguity
