Want to help shape, design and deliver the Future Strike missiles and effectors? MBDA are looking for a dynamic leader to join our Future Systems team to ensure we develop and deliver battle-winning capabilities to our customers for future generations.
Job Title: Capability Delivery Lead
Salary: Circa £70,000 depending on experience
Location: Bristol / Stevenage (We may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification. Where there are peak activities or the need to work with materials that are office based this may require more for short periods.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

We are looking for an upbeat decision maker able to direct, support and work with the team, as we look to make sense of uncertain, ambiguous and/or ambitious challenges so as to shape our future products.
This will include ensuring we guide technology development, draw on our best of class product lines and support our customers, internal and external, with the best solutions. The products we develop and deliver will be key capabilities to ensure our Customers have world leading systems into 2030 and beyond.
