About the role:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Miller to work at our premises in Havant in Hampshire.

Multi-Axis CNC milling: 

• Designed to achieve maximum precision.
• Reduced lead time on orders.
• Faster processing speeds reduce cost.
• Improved surface finishing increases the quality of the part.
• Fully supported by CAD/CAM software.

The ideal candidate:

As a CNC Miller, you will have a minimum of 5-year experience in: 

• ·         Programming, Setting & Operating 5 axis machining centres using HEIDENHAIN or FANUC or MAZATROL controls. 
• Offline programming experience using Open Mind Hypermill would also be a distinct advantage.

Shifts:

• Day shift: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-12:30pm Friday (paid at basic rate)
• Overtime rate: Any hours worked on Mondays to Saturdays (inclusive) in addition to your
   normal weekly hours of 39 hours, will be paid at time and a half.
• Any hours worked on a Sunday additional to your normal weekly hours of 39 hours will be paid at double time.
