Your Role:

As a Vehicle Prepper, you'll be the artist behind the scenes, setting the stage for the perfect finish. Your responsibilities include:

  • Revealing the masterpiece after the paint magic.
  • Removing signwriting and decals with precision using a heat gun.
  • Taking the lead in the strip and fit process of parts and panels.
  • Tackling filler work to ensure everything is picture-perfect.
  • Keeping the work area spick and span, because we take pride in what we do.
  • Being both a team player and a solo artist, depending on the project's needs.

For your hard work and commitment, we're offering:

  • A competitive salary that recognizes your dedication and expertise.
  • A warm welcome with a £1,000 joining bonus.
  • An extra £100 bonus every month for your outstanding attendance.
  • 28 days of well-deserved annual leave per year (including bank holidays and a Christmas break).
  • Access to the NEST pension scheme.
  • A cozy onsite tearoom with complimentary tea and coffee.
  • Friday treats, from cakes to sweets and biscuits - because we know how to sweeten the deal.
  • Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided.
  • Free parking right at the doorstep.
  • Extensive training and growth opportunities for the right candidate.

About You:

Prepping experience isn't necessary, as we're ready to provide the training you need. However, workshop experience is desirable. What we truly value is your dedication, reliability, and a thirst for learning the trade.
