The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for the delivery of construction and property related projects across the RSME contract and ensuring the contractor is delivering in accordance with contract specifications.

Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for the site management of allocated construction, property and infastructure related projects.

  • Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project.
  • Ensuring the contractor is adhering to and maintaining the project specification
  • Ensuring statutory and contractual compliance
  • Managing stakeholders across the RSME contract to ensure the project is communucation and managed.
  • Ensuring HSE, sustainability and company policy compliance are in place at all times

This role is full time, 37 hours per week with a hybrid working arrangement

Essential experience of the Project Manager

  • Extensive technical expertise and experience in a comparable role gained in a similar environment, consultancy, or end user client
  • Experience in project management related discipline demonstrating strong leadership skills
  • Experience of successful delivery of building services and contruction related projects.
  • Ideally working knowledge of the JCT suite of contracts, in particular JCT 2016 ICD

Qualifications for the Project Manager:

  • Construction project management degree or similar comparable qualification
  • Hold a SMSTS or NEBOSH qualification

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
