The role
As a Cost Engineer you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. This role applies discipline domain knowledge, experience, and judgement to undertake a range of professional assignments.

Day to day, you'll export & analyse data from IFS (labour & non labour), as well as:

  • Maintain multiple resources trackers.
  • Analyse & forecast non labour accounts with Account Managers
  • Analyse & understand impacts of weekly scheduling outputs (CASPR / Pre-Check reports)
  • Update weekly & monthly reports.
  • Populate project change packs.

This role is full time and based onsite at Rosyth.

Essential experience of the Cost Engineer

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Can demonstrate a good understanding of Earned Value Management
  • Experience of project change management processes
  • Experience of interrogating & analysing data from multiple sources
  • Experience in compiling weekly / monthly project reports.

Qualifications for the Cost Engineer

The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance for this role.
