Salary: Circa £45,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The role is also to lead the population of the UK Cost Engineering Database with normalised and cleaned NRC and RC data from the reviews that they have supported in the areas associated with Weapon Systems and Munitions. The successful candidate will need to understand and being able to categorise different system elements in a consistent, transparent way to allow valid comparisons and support to estimating. It is clear that the role owner cannot be expert on all the topics from day 1, but is , expected to be able to build up an international network of subject-matter experts to rely and support them as the roles requires.
Responsible for providing support to the Cost Engineering function, in the analysis of the business costs, categorisation, and recording within the Cost Engineering database. The role will work alongside the Cost Estimating managers, working on the Estimation and Analysis of all NRC costs related to the Concept/Assessment/Development/Support of Weapon Systems, UK Air Platform Integration and munitions.
