What To Expect
This role is intended to find and fix emerging issues as they arise, working with Engineering to derive ICAs and PCAs and Quality to control the fleet validation and roll out to customers.
You will be responsible for identifying and tracking existing or emerging open issues on MLA vehicles that have exited Launch. Working with the Quality teams to pull issues from Nerve Centre, WCPA and R202 and maintain visibility across GLV and FEU fleets.
Working alongside the Senior Vehicle Engineering Manager and Architecture Chief you will be the technical face of Jaguar Land Rover at all levels of the business for current car issues.
What You Will Need
You will Identify and lead resolution of open technical issues across MLA programmes for vehicles post J1. Work with inputs from FMS, GLVs, FEU to derive open actions and collaborate with wider engineering community to resolve and define ICA/PCA roll out. Lead forums to ensure accurate communication of issues, root cause and remedy.
You will work alongside Quality & Electrical Integration teams to run fleet of always up to date vehicles and lead clean running & SOTA roll out of new & revised SW where changes/improvements are introduced. Additionally, you will support Nerve Centre and act as the voice of VE and Engineering to champion issues and lead resolution.
