6 months Contract - Up to £650 per day

Remote working with occasional travel to Hatfield / Milton Keynes

Join Europe's largest leisure organisation as a Technical Lead on a European HR system implementation project, offering remote working with occasional travel to site for meetings in Hatfield or Milton Keynes.

The Role:

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage the cutover workstream for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Create a detailed cutover strategy and plan to support the deployment and cutover phases across a range of applications
• Work with Project, IT, Business team members and external applications to ensure aligned cutover plan across the organisation. In addition, to align on the sign off / acceptance criteria to confirm successful cutover
• Working closely with the Data and Integration lead in overseeing the cutover and transition for go-live
• Responsible for determining ramp-down and ramp-up plans and any change freezes that needs to be communicated - internal/external
• Leads the cutover 'go-live' to ensure quick resolution to any issues or questions
• Ensure that deliverables are understood and owned by relevant team members and managed to deadlines
• Drive individual plan items to conclusion
• Help drive definition of the scope of cutover activities including transition / handover to BAU teams
• Lead and coordinate mock cutovers
• Reporting on cutover progress and escalating blockers and risks. Drive business readiness and support recommendation for go/no-go decision
• Establish remote network to confirm cutover has been successful to all European countries
• Ensures any regression procedures and/or business continuity procedures are in place and tested
• Willingness to support the wider project team across the key areas: functional, technical, data, testing and project management

Experience/Skills required:

• Lead and manage the cutover workstream for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of Finance systems (ideally D365), detailed planning and cutover management.
• Create a detailed cutover strategy and plan to support the deployment and cutover phases across a range of applications.
