The role
As an Electrical Production Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll provide input into installation strategies, plans and schedules to coordinate the Wholeship electrical system installation through all build & assembly stages.

Day to day, you'll:
* Be responsible for control and integrate multi discipline tasks and work packages required to deliver the electrical installation.
* Required to be the Technical Authority within the Production build areas, providing assurance for the electrical cable installation by ensuring technical management of the engineering output in line with agreed technical scope.
* Maintain knowledge of Industry best practice, promote a culture of best practice, whilst providing leadership and assistance driving cultural development and change.
* Provide effective and safe delivery of production activities to time, budget and quality.
* Manage resource demands and development of capability skills to match needs of future workload and coach and mentor members of the team

Essential experience of the Electrical Production Manager,
* Recent and relevant experience working in a similar service provider environment.
* Working within environment with energised equipment, aware of isolation & safe systems of work requirements.

This role is based onsite working 37 hours per week over four days, Monday to Thursday with occasional Fridays.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve ITAR and SC security clearance level for this role.
