The Role

As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. After full familiarisation training, you will oversee electrical works on site at RAF Cosford.

Day to day, you'll support military training across two locations, Cosford and Shawbury with Ground Electrical and a Battery Charging capability in line with the individual site contracts.

  • Maintain electrical installations both permanent and temporary
  • Work with electrical grounds equipment and vehicles
  • Maintain JAMES computer system

This role is full time, with a 9 day working fortnight. You'll be based at RAF Cosford, Shropshire - just to the northwest of Wolverhampton and close to Albrightonand Telford - with regular travel to RAF Shawbury.

Essential experience of the Electrical Supervisor:

  • Previous experience working with electrical installations and / or vehicle electrics

Qualifications for the Electrical Supervisor:

  • Electrical qualifications with recognised training / apprenticeship
  • BS7671 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve the minimum of a SC security clearance for this role.
