Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year (experience dependent)

The Role:

Delta Communications are looking for a responsible, self-motivated and hardworking Warden Call Service Engineers to join our dynamic, growing organisation.

Work will involve the installation, maintenance and servicing of our client warden call systems, door entry and access control systems.

Our headquarters are located in Stevenage, with a client base throughout the south east of England. Manual work and travel to other geographic areas of the UK is required so adaptability is a key requirement of the position as well as being located nearby to our Head Office.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experienced and qualified Electricians with the ability to learn the installation and maintenance of Warden Call/ Nurse Call/ Door Entry/ Access Control Systems that include: Tynetec, Tunstall, Chubb, Neon, KMS and PAC.
• The ability to diagnose, fault find and solve technical problems relating to warden control systems.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces that include property lofts and outside spaces.
• Experience of working in residential and communal properties.
• A clear and polite communicator with exemplary customer service skills.
• A full, clean driving license is an essential requirement for the role.
• Clean transferable DBS check (if the successful candidate is not in current possession of this, Delta Communications can arrange for a new DBS check).

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Looking for qualified Electricians who also wants to learn warden call or already have the experience - Highly desired.
• Experience in installation and maintenance of warden call systems is preferred.

Hours of Work:

• 40 hours per week.
• Occasional overtime will be an expected requirement.
• Out of hours paid On Call rota.
