Now, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician, to join our team on a full-time basis working 40 hours per week.

The Role 

As an Engineering Technician, you will carry out skilled installation, maintenance and repair work throughout our New Embassy Compound/New Consulate Compound (NEC/NCC). 

Working with large, complex mechanical and electrical systems and their control equipment, you will act as an expert in the planning and maintenance of this equipment throughout our compound. 

Specifically, you will carry out skilled analysis and diagnostic maintenance on all major systems and critical equipment. 

About You

To be considered an Engineering Technician, you will need:

- A minimum of five years’ experience in the operation and maintenance of building automation systems (BAS)
- A minimum of two years’ experience conducting direct maintenance of BAS specific components 
- Experience of repairing large, complex commercial or government building systems
- To be fluent in English to Level Four (or equivalent)
- To have completed a four-year undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in either engineering, mechanical systems, electronics or computerised systems
- A full, valid driving licence
