A high profile opportunity has arisen within our Sales & Business Development Directorate to develop our business in POLAND.
Job Title: Export Sales Manager / Win Team Leader – Poland
Salary: Circa £80,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working. This role will require both domestic and international travel, in particular to Poland.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship.
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
The opportunity:
In addition to managing key relationships in Poland, you will act as Win Team Leader on dedicated campaigns, accountable for >£1bn of opportunities.
Primary campaigns include CAMM family (PILICA+ and NAREW product evolutions) and surface launch Brimstone (Ottokar Brzoza).
You will also contribute to the development of the country/market strategy, shaping industrial co-operation strategies, and will support prospecting for new Poland and bi-lateral cooperation opportunities with Poland.
