Job Title: Finance Officer Accounts Payable - 2 Year Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Circa £28,000 depending on experience
Location: Stevenage
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2 -3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
A vacancy has opened up in our busy and growing Accounting Transactions team for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator or an exciting entry level opportunity for an accounting career within the wider Finance Directorate.
The opportunity:
The opportunity is to join a busy team and be actively involved with communicating with different areas of the business to ensure the Accounts Payable process is both understood and followed. The team process approximately 5,000 invoices each month, using both a purchase order and non-purchase order process.
