We are currently looking to recruit an F&S Assistant Service Coordinator to join our HF F&S Edinburgh Division.

Salary negotiable upon experience.

The position

Join our team of Service coordinators based out of Edinburgh to assist looking after the Fire & Security division for Edinburgh/Glasgow and surrounding areas. Providing our clients with a continued excellent high standard of service from being the first point of contact to fulfilling their needs.

The Role

The successful candidate will be required to complete the following daily tasks:

• Control of allocating labour, on a day-to-day basis
• First point of contact for customer for our F&S division
• Programming/Scheduling of jobs in line with customer's requirements
• The monitoring and control of small reactive jobs
• Communication with Clients throughout jobs
• Updating Clients via either their online portals and or via emails request/calls.
• Arrange access for engineers in special circumstances i.e., shopping centre access/permits
• Control of apprentices on a daily basis on where they are working and any query's they might have.
• Report any issues on sites straight away to the lead F&S Coordinator
• Weekly updates with senior management of jobs and labour concerns

What you need

• Good Communication & customers skills
• A reasonable knowledge of Excel/WordDoc and Microsoft outlook packages
• The ability to work as a team but also independently
• The ability to work under pressure - The role can be extremely fast paced and challenging
• This position would also be suitable for an experienced field engineer looking to move in to an Office Based role
