Dynamic (hybrid) working: We trust our people to agree, within their teams, where and when they can be most effective. Our Dynamic Working policy allows individuals flexibility around the hours they work and where they work. Typically for this role you will work 3 days per week on-site.
A high-profile, exciting opportunity has arisen within the Airborne Systems Integration Sector to lead the introduction of MBDA capabilities onto the Future Aircraft Platforms and Remotely Piloted Air Systems.
The nature of the platforms mean that these roles will help shape future MBDA capability from Airborne Systems and will provide you with unrivalled exposure to end user requirements.
The OpportunityJoin a great team!
We are responsible for the strategically important role of ensuring and delivering weapon system capability installed on military aircraft. This function is essential to enabling access to wider markets and is critical to ensuring excellent whole-system capability for MBDA's products. The Team has very broad interaction with customers, from end users, front line commands and procurement agencies.
Furthermore, the team works with other aircraft industries to ensure weapon system integration meets the domestic and future customer requirements. The roles within the team offer outstanding levels of visibility to the wider business and, therefore, provide an excellent foundation to progress from. While this leadership role requires the occupant to operate with autonomy and be accountable, the wider Airborne Systems Integration team provides support and guidance.
